PRECISION GUNSMITHING
Barrel Chambering
Match-grade barrel chambering by hand. Each barrel is carefully aligned (within .0002” runout). Chambers are cut to customer spec or minimum (+.002”) headspace. A tooling log is maintained for each reamer. Each chamber is checked with a borescope and photos can be provided on request.
Muzzle crowning/threading
Muzzle is aligned to the same specs as our match-grade chambers. Threads are cut with pitch-specific thread inserts. Barrel crowns are cut 11 Deg crown and hand polished or cut to customer specification. Pinned and welded services are also available.
Accurizing
We offer many different services and products to improve the performance of your factory rifle. Bolt lug lapping, receiver truing, glass bedding, restocking, and other services (depending on rifle action) are available. We offer some of the best products and vendors in the industry to take your factory rifle to the next level.
Scope mounting
We use high precision (+/- .05 deg) electronic tools to correctly align your scope to the rifle receiver. We use calibrated, professional torque tools to properly install your scope and mounting system. We can also provide and install scope levels for long range shooting.
Trigger installation
We can supply drop-in replacement triggers from Huber Concepts, Timney, Grayguns, Geissele, and others to improve the performance of your factory firearm. We can also adjust your factory adjustable trigger (within limits) to your required pull weight.
Laser Engraving
FFL/NFA engraving, personalization, and caliber ID on magazines are just a few of the things we can do in-house on our laser engraving equipment. Throw the markers and paint pens away and let us professionally laser mark your gear!
Ballistic Profile Service
We will chronograph your ammo in your firearm to provide the exact velocity and velocity deviation of your ammo. This service also includes a firearm profile sheet with the relevant information for your firearm to create a profile in a ballistic calculator. Ammo is not included in this service; however we can source just about any cartridge or type required. Some customers prefer to buy a case-lot of ammo for the service to ensure the same lot number as the ammo used for the profile.
3D Printing
Custom part design and 3D printing services are available. Got an idea for a 3D printed part? We can design and print using a variety of professional materials and SolidWorks modeling software. Written quotes will be provided for all projects before work begins.
Training
In person and virtual training sessions are available for popular ballistic applications and devices (Kestrel meters, Applied Ballistics, Hornady 4DOF, and others). We can also demonstrate the latest in equipment and techniques for improved precision at long range.
Cleaning
We offer several levels of cleaning services: ultrasonic cleaning for suppressors and firearms, full-disassembly detail cleaning, precision rifle cleaning with correct components and tools. Hate cleaning guns? Let us handle the dirty work!
Diagnostic Repair
We offer repairs on most modern firearm platforms. Repair requests will be provided with a written quote and lead time estimate before any work is started.
